Shipping Policy

At Big Feelings Books, we take pride in delivering your orders promptly and securely.

Below is an outline of our shipping policy to ensure transparency and trust in every purchase:


Processing Times

  • Orders placed on bigfeelingsbooks.org are processed and shipped the next business day from Massachusetts.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to provide reliable and trackable service.


Delivery Times

  • Once shipped, orders typically take up to 7 business days to arrive at their destination, depending on your location.


Shipping Rates

  • Big Feelings Books offers a simple and affordable flat rate of $8 for shipping on most orders. Contingent on package size or weight, shipping cost is subject to increase for wholesale orders. 


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.


Incorrect or Missing Information

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.


Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange for reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


International Shipping

  • At this time, we ship only within the United States. If you’re interested in Big Feelings Books outside the U.S., please contact us to explore options.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please reach out to us at bigfeelingsbookskids@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund & Return Policy

We understand that things don't always go as planned!

Our refund policy is designed to be fair, kind, and considerate while also ensuring that we continue to share the love through our products.


Our Promise: If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly send you an exchange immediately. Simply contact us at (bigfeelingsbookskids@gmail.com) with your order details and a photo or description of the issue within 7 days, and we will take care of the rest in accordance with our shipping policy, above.


Please Note:  To protect the integrity of our business, and to maintain our ability to serve you and others, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on products sold by Big Feelings Books.
